Background checks and drug testing is implemented as per your request. We provide our workers with the required safety equipment. Welding Division: Temp to Hire Employment or Short Term Employment Temp to Hire Employment or Short Term Employment Our Welding Division employees are required to have reliable transportation and their own phone. Our workers must have recent job history for the last 2 to 5+ years. We carefully screen and check job history and skill sets to meet your job requirement needs. Background checks and drug testing is implemented as per your request. Welders will be required to take a weld test per your requirements in our onsite State Certified Weld Testing Facility. Day Labor Division: Temporary Labor Our Labor Division is a quick response staffing resource. Whether you need workers for one day or several we will make sure your needs are met 24/7. We have 5 vans and 2 buses to deliver one worker or 100+ workers to your location. We supply our workers with the safety equipment required for your job site.
