With an incarceration rate of 905 individuals per 100k -
including those in prisons, jails, detention centers, and juvenile facilities - Oklahoma imprisons more of its population than
any other democratic country globally.
We want to help fix that.
From 2021-2024, 20% of U.S. discharges returned to prison. However, only 2.8% of participants in the HOPE program returned. Our program significantly reduces reoffender rates, and empowers the lives of our justice-involved individuals.

As manager of the HOPE Program, Brian helps reentry eligible individuals transition from incarceration to long-term employment and reintegration. He assess participants, matches them with suitable job opportunities, and provides essential resources like work clothing, tools, transportation, and housing support.
With over a decade of experience, Brian fosters strong relationships with participants and employers, conducts worksite visits, and offers ongoing support to ensure successful reentry and lasting outcomes for all involved.
